Dr. Karla Adair

Dr. Karla Adair

Dr. Adair graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in October of 2006. She began her special studies with Active Release Techniques at the start of 2006. Prior to Palmer, she attended Wartburg College and graduated with a Biology major and a Business minor. At Wartburg, Dr. Adair competed in softball and the Knights finished 5th in the nation at the College World Series. Dr. Adair graduated from Sigourney High School where she participated in multiple sports and activities.

She enjoys family time with Nate and their children. Her interests include exercising, reading, scrapbooking and watching episodes of Law & Order.

Dr. Sarah Greene

Dr. Sarah Greene

Dr. Greene graduated summa cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in June 2011. Dr. Greene became especially interested in Active Release Techniques and began taking courses in 2010. Prior to attending Palmer, she graduated from University of Iowa in 2007 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdepartmental Studies: Health Science. Dr. Greene grew up in Deep River, IA and went to English Valleys High School. She enjoyed competing in the Iowa State Championships for track and field as well as cross-country all four years of high school.

Dr. Greene enjoys staying active, running, camping, playing with her dog Gracie, reading and watching movies.

Nate Adair

Nate Adair

Nate completed the Chiropractic Technician program in June of 2005 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He received his certification as an ACE Fitness Personal Trainer in 2004. Nate attended Wartburg College and graduated with a Physical Education major and an endorsement in Health in 2002. Nate was the Student Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Wartburg Track and Field team which included multiple conference championships and All-American athletes. Nate graduated from Grundy Center High School where he was a two time All-State Football Selection.

Nate enjoys spending time with Dr. Adair and their children. He enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, cycling and woodworking.
